Special: You may use this power as a melee basic attack when charging. The flight allowed by this power is considered the movement portion of the charge.

Hit: 2[W] + Charisma modifier necrotic damage and the target takes a -2 penalty to damage rolls (save ends). Each time the target makes an attack that doesn't include you, the penalty increases by 2 (maximum -10).
Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, an enemy marked by your Mark of Woe becomes weakened until the end of its next turn when it makes an attack which doesn't include you as a target.

Hit: 2[W] + Charisma modifier force damage.
Effect: The burst creates a zone which lasts until the end of the encounter or until you dismiss it as a free action. Whenever an enemy willingly leaves the zone, even by teleporting, it takes 5 + your Constitution modifier force damage. In addition,Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, an enemy marked by your Mark of Woe takes 5 + your Constitution modifier force damage when it makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target, and you may slide the target 1 square after its attack is resolved.

Your Mark of Woe glows on the back of your hand, and you reach out, forming shields of purple flame to guard your allies from harm.

Attack: Charisma vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Charisma modifier fire damage and if the target attacks one of your allies before the end of your next turn it takes 5 + your Wisdom modifier fire damage.
Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, when an enemy marked by your Mark of Woe makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target, the target of their attack gains resist 5 all against that attack and the enemy takes 10 fire damage.

Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, an enemy marked by your Mark of Woe takes 10 necrotic damage and is immobilized until the end of its next turn when it makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target.

Shadow power infuses your flesh and transforms you briefly into a monstrous horror of wispy shadows armored in solid darkness.

Effect: You transform into a shadow beast until the end of the encounter or until you return to your normal form as a minor action. While in shadow beast form you have a +2 power bonus to all defenses, a +4 power bonus to speed, and a power bonus to melee damage rolls equal to your Constitution modifier. You then make the following attack.

Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, when an enemy marked by your Mark of Woe makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target, you may make a melee basic attack against the target.

Effect: The target regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt by the triggering attack. If the target would regain hit points beyond its maximum, it keeps the remainder as temporary hit points.

Your Mark of Woe flares with black light and it coats your body, turning your flesh and your weapon black and lustrous.

Brutal Avenger: Enemies which enter or leave the zone take 5 + your Constitution modifier necrotic damage.

Each chain grabs one enemy which was hit by this power (of your choice). The chains may only grab one creature at a time, and the creature remains grabbed while adjacent to the chain.
Valiant Defender: Creatures grabbed by the chains grant combat advantage.

Your enemy's downfall has been decided long before your steel tasted his blood, you only intend to see its fated end occur.

Hit: 3[W] + Charisma modifier damage, or 5[W] + Charisma modifier damage if the target is bloodied.
Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, an enemy subjected to your Mark of Woe becomes takes 1[W] extra damage from weapon attacks until the end of its next turn when it makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target. If that attack's target is bloodied, the extra damage is 2[W].

Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, an enemy subjected to your Mark of Woe is slowed and weakened until the end of its next turn when it makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target.

Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, an enemy subjected to your Mark of Woe takes 5 + your Charisma modifier fire damage and falls prone when it makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target.

Hit: 4[W] + Charisma modifier damage and you gain temporary hit points equal to your healing surge value. Until the end of the encounter, when you have temporary hit points from any source, your shadow powers deal 1[W] extra damage to marked targets.
Effect:Until the end of the encounter or until you end the effect as a free action, you gain 10 temporary hit points each time an enemy marked by your Mark of Woe makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target.
