Withering Dash Assassin Attack 9

Fusing with your shadow abilities, you dash across the battlefield, launching into your enemies and robbing them of their life force.

Standard Action Melee 1

Effect: You shift your speed and can shift into any creature's square. You make the following attack once against each enemy whose square you move into during the shift.

Target: One enemy.
Attack: Dexterity vs. AC

Hit: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier damage. When you damage an enemy with this attack, you gain 5 temporary hit points. This stacks with other temporary hit points you gain by use of this power.
Miss: Half damage. You gain no temporary hit points.

Off-Hand Assault Assassin Attack 9

Using both blades, you slowly whittle your opponent down to size with precision slashes and quick jabs.

Requirement: You must be wielding two light blades
Target: One enemy.
Attack: Dexterity vs. AC

Hit: 1[W] (main hand) + 1[W] (off-hand) + Dexterity modifier damage.

Effect: Until the end of the encounter you can use the following secondary attack.
Minor Action Melee Weapon
Secondary Target: One creature
Secondary Attack: Dexterity vs. AC (off-hand weapon)

Hit: 1[W] (off-hand weapon) damage.

Black Rain Assassin Attack 9

You fire an arrow into the sky, and a rain of black needles pour down to skewer your enemies, and leaving a shadowy black mist behind.

Daily ♦ Implement, Necrotic, Shadow, zone
Standard Action Area Burst 1 within weapon range
Target: One enemy.
Attack: Dexterity vs. Reflex

Hit: 2d6 + Dexterity modifier damage.

Effect: The burst creates a zone of dark mist which lasts until the end of the encounter. The zone blocks line of sight for your enemies, and you and your allies have partial concealment while within the zone.

Tumbling Shot Assassin Attack 9

You jump and roll from one piece of cover to the next, delivering a shockingly precise shot at the apex of your leap.

Daily ♦ Reliable, Shadow, Weapon
Standard Action Ranged Weapon
Requirement: You must be trained in acrobatics

Effect: You may make an acrobatics check and shift up to your speed as a free action. At any point during the shift you may make the following attack.

Target: One enemy.
Attack: Dexterity vs. AC; if your acrobatics check succeeds against a moderate DC for your level, you may roll twice and use either result.

Hit: 3[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.
