Dead Eye Oracle

Prerequisite: Fateweaver, Trained in Perception
"These eyes are not without sight… they merely see what you do not."

It is an ancient bargain known to myth and legend; to give up sight for the ability to truly see. You are one of the few who have transcended the veil of reality as mortals know it, and can see into the truth of the world. Though blind, you see what others cannot; the threads of fate and the visions of the future have become so much more clear to you then before. Did you embrace this path of your own volition, exchanging your ability to see to further grasp the world's mysteries? Were you cursed with blindness and learned to overcome it in your own way, or were you born with the gift of prescience at the cost of mortal eyes?

Path Features

Grave Sight (11th level): You are permanently blind. Your other senses and your ability to perceive the future allow you to act as if you have sight under most circumstances, so your blindness provides no hindrance to performing mundane tasks such as walking, eating, bathing, and so on. You have the Blind Keyword, and gain blindsight 5.

Prophetic Vision (Level 11): You feel the pulse of an enemy's heart and "see" the glowing strands of their lifeline as they approach. You cannot be surprised.

Eyebite Action (Level 11): When you spend an action point to take an extra action and use that action to attack an enemy, that enemy is blinded (save ends).

Sight of the Ages (Level 16): Your power to see the future expands, allowing you to "see" what no mortal eyes would have revealed to you. Your blindsight increases to 10. In addition, once per day you may cast a divination ritual you have mastered without paying the component cost.

Eye of Dread Dead-Eye Oracle Attack 11

Your dead eyes pierce your enemies soul and perceive the weakness therein, filling it with nervous fear as it meets your unseeing gaze

Target: One creature

Effect: The target grants combat advantage and is slowed until the end of your next turn. In addition, one ally within 5 squares of the target gains a +2 power bonus to attack rolls and a power bonus to damage rolls equal to your Wisdom modifier against the target until the end of your next turn. The next time the target is hit by an attack before the end of your next turn, it is also dazed until the end of the attacker's next turn.

Eye of Quintessence Dead-Eye Oracle Utility 12

In the haze of mist which swirls before your milky eyes, you perceive a font of power which will soon benefit an ally.

Target: One ally

Effect: The target loses a healing surge. At any time before the end of the encounter the target may spend a minor action to regain hit points equal to his or her healing surge value + your wisdom modifier. At that time the target also gains a +2 power bonus to all defenses until the end of his or her next turn.

Mists of Time Dead-Eye Oracle Attack 20

You peer through the swirling mists which churn in your milky eyes, foreseeing the failure of your foe's body, mind, and spirit. Reaching out, you make the future now.

Attack: Wisdom vs. Fortitude, Reflex, and Will; make one attack roll and compare the result to each of the target's defenses. A single target may be hit up to three times.

Hit (Fortitude): 2d6 + Wisdom modifier Necrotic damage and the target is weakened (save ends).
Hit (Reflex): 2d6 + Wisdom modifier damage and the target is immobilized (save ends).
Hit (Will): 2d6 + Wisdom modifier psychic damage and the target is dazed (save ends)

Miss (any): Half damage.
