Dark Heart
Prerequisite: Darkling, any shadow class
Benefit: You gain a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with shadow attack powers. This bonus increases to +3 at 11th level and to +4 at 21st level.
Dark Mind
Prerequisite: Darkling, any psionic class
Benefit: Your fade into darkness power gains the augmentable keyword. When you would use this power, you can spend 1 power point to become invisible until the end of your next turn.
From the Shadows
Prerequisite: Darkling, fade into darkness racial power
Benefit: When you use your fade into darkness, you gain combat advantage against the triggering enemy until the end of your next turn.
Paragon Tier
Dancing Shadow
Prerequisite: 11th level, darkling, fade into darkness racial power
Benefit: When you use fade into darkness, you can shift half your speed.
Dark Resilience
Prerequisite: 11th level, darkling
Benefit: When you make a death saving throw, you can take the better result of your die roll or 10.
Fear No Reprisal
Prerequisite: 11th level, darkling
Benefit: You deal extra damage to prone or helpless enemies equal to your highest ability modifier.
Into Darkness Die
Prerequisite: 11th level, darkling, fade into darkness racial power
Benefti: The first time you become bloodied during an encounter, you regain the use of fade into darkness and use it immediately.

Into Darkness Die, added as a paragon feat. Was attempting to parallel the Dragonfear feat that lets you regain it when bloodied.
The above named feat cannot exist. If it was combined with the Epic tier feat that makes mind spike an immediate interupt then you would get the best defender mechanic ever.
